Yes. The design starts from the mobile screen, and speed test results are provided at handover.
Text, images and prices are edited through the admin panel, and training is included in the handover. Structural changes require a developer; since you own the site, they can be assigned to any developer.
The timeline depends on the scope; a written schedule is provided after the discovery stage.
